At Textbooko.com, we strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction. We guarantee the condition of every book as it is described on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on our part. To receive a refund, the item must be returned directly to us in the same condition you received it.
2. Reasons for Return & Refund Terms
A. Incorrect Item / Not as Described / Damaged
If you receive an incorrect item, or if the book arrives damaged:
- Refund: Full refund of the purchase price + Original shipping.
- Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or refund return shipping costs equal to the original shipping charge.
- Condition: Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
B. Item Did Not Arrive
If your order has not arrived within 30 days past the Estimated Delivery Date:
- Refund: Full refund of the purchase price + Shipping costs.
- Exception: If tracking information indicates the item has been delivered, the refund request is void.
- Note: If an item is returned to us due to an incomplete address, being unclaimed, or “Return to Sender,” the refund will include the item price only.
C. Buyer “Change of Mind”
We understand that plans change (e.g., dropping a course or purchasing the wrong title).
- Refund: We will refund the item price only (original and return shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Condition: The book must be returned in its original condition (e.g., new books must remain in shrink-wrap with unopened access codes).
D. Partial Refunds
If you are dissatisfied but wish to keep the item, you may contact us to negotiate a partial refund. While we aim to be fair, please note that we are not obligated to provide a partial refund and may request the item be returned for a full refund instead.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your refund is processed quickly, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at adobooks.com@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: For damaged/incorrect items, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. For “Change of Mind” returns, we will provide the return shipping address.
- Secure Packaging: Please package the book securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the item is lost during return shipping and no tracking is provided, the refund will be cancelled.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
